We had been thinking about extending our small kitchen and eating area out onto our deck and finally decided to embark on the work. We were looking at full length windows which could be opened up so as to open the house up to emulate outdoor living.We started looking around for possible solutions. It was a walk along an esplanade on an Adelaide beachfront where we noticed a Jolong banner.So, as most people looking for window and door options we looked at suppliers locally, interstate and abroad. Double glazed, thermally broken, stylish windows that fitted our need in the end was our goal.We chose Jolong. Why? Quality, Value, Price and supportive friendly service. The support was consistent from the first contact. The Keswick staff, was great and fully assisted us in our needs.Once the order was placed we were notified about the arrival date. In our instance the order arrived earlier than anticipated despite the Covid delays.The delivery was seamless, fully coordinated by the person in charge.We opted for the windows to be installed by Jolong installers. A good choice. They came and inspected the site and on installation were quick and efficient. Great job done all round.There is still quite a bit left before the room is complete but having the Jolong windows installed has made a great difference.If you are considering windows and doors.. give Jolong a go. We are very satisfied with our choice.

I couldn’t be happier with Jolong and the window and doors I received from this company. The staff were courteous and thoughtful in their dealings with me and my wife as we selected the doors and windows for our kitchen extension. My frames were considered and checked by the installer before the placement of my order. When our order arrived the installer was friendly and easy to work with; consequently, the windows and doors went into place in short time and without fuss. My project is nearing completion now and the standard of the build has far exceeded my expectations. The quality of the products offered by Jolong is one of the chief factors of its success. The windows and doors are double glazed and the locks and hinges are sturdy. Everything feels and looks good. What is more, Jolong offered their products at a very competitive price. The quote from Jolong came in well below quotes from other companies offering similar products. I would definitely use Jolong again, and I highly recommend this company to others.

Windows quality so nice and amazing. It was excellent and best deal in price also. Frame and all structures very heavy and glass thickness very thick and nice . My all windows was in double glazing and locking system is amazing. I took quotes from another company in Adelaide but overall jolong windows quality and price very good. but one window was bent during delivery and couple issues was in lock system, Jolong technician came on site and fix all issues on the spot. He had excellent technical experience and fix all issues very quick, really a nice guys. Some parts missing and they promised me to arrange missing parts as well. So I really appreciate jolong windows technician . Very nice service,. I recommend to buy Jolong windows and in future i will buy more product from Jolong . Thanks

I was having real trouble finding someone to make and install glass doors in my family room when I went on a business trip to Qingdao last year and happened to meet Mr Zhang Zhaolong (President and owner) and Paul Harrison, who heads the new operation of Jolong in Adelaide. One of life's serendipitous moments! The Jolong team was amazing and an absolute pleasure to deal with. The doors are incredible and so far beyond our original expectations when we were attempting to source something locally. The quality is exceptional, so solid, attractive and functional, double-glazed and very reasonably priced. They gave us excellent recommendations for experts in demolition and installation and the whole process was seamless. Those experts were also mightily impressed. We are absolutely delighted. They deserve every success and will leave competitors in their wake.

called up to see if anyone could help me with a broken bi-fold (different manufactuer. was existing when we bought the house) they came out after a couple of days and came back the next day with parts to fix it! it now works better than what it did before it broke! friendly service and very well priced. Worked after hours aswell!thank you!

We bought some custom sized windows and doors for a new build from Jolong in Keswick SA . There were a few issues after our contractor installed the windows so I called Jolong. Michael came out to have a look and he fixed up what he could without any fuss. He also noted some other issues and is following up for me. I am very impressed with how flexible and easy Michael was to deal with. I would happily recommend Jolong to anyone wanting good quality windows and doors at amazing prices, as well as great after sales service. Just make sure you get them to install for you as well!

If I could give 4.5 * I wouldOVERALLAfter heaps of research we finally settled on Jolong. The windows and doors look fantastic and operate very well. We are very pleased with our investment. Aside from 'normal' windows we also purchased a 3-door slider, 1 x sliding door, 2 x french doors, a back door with internal blind + security mesh. With the exception of the french doors all had fly screens and the sleek finish is exceptional for the price.SERVICEThe pre-sales service was extensive and comprehensive and both Sally and Fox in the Adelaide office were very responsive to my queries. There was a minor glitch with shipping but that was customs, not Jolong. Besides, it did not bother us at because Michael Flannagan, who is responsible for logistics and after sales service was fantastic; nothing was ever too much trouble when we called him.INSTALThe Jolong windows arrive on a large stillage and in the case of non-standard windows (those without just a simple pane of glass) do require assembly on site ie, locks, hinges, handles, fly-screens, capping bits and bobs. We had Jolong install some of the non-standard doors and our own builder did the windows and a couple of single glass doors. Note: it did take our guys a little while to get the hang of the assembly and they needed to check in with Michael but once they had the hang of it they were off.If I could give 4.5 stars I would.***** Cost***** Finished product***** Service**** Install - just a bit tricky here and there but if you know that in advance, simply allow for additional time. You can get Jolong to instal as we did for the more elaborate doors. While that can be costly it is efficient.

Some weeks now since installation and we could not be happier. We replaced all windows in the house and they look terrific. Very impressed with the quality of the product and the improved sound and thermal benefits we can definitely notice. Can highly recommend Jolong for their customer service from start to finish.

We will keep the this comment as brief as possible we will only put relevant details but there’s more and only so much that can be put and said but enough messaged will indicate briefly what this company does and will try to get away with as follows;After lengthy consideration we decided to use Jolong for windows and doors for an extension/ renovation.The day of the actual delivery the courier that delivered our doors and frames were left “dumped” in middle of the street due to the fact that the trolley with all doors, windows could not fit into our carport, and the delivery person just took up and left our items stranded on the street without further assistance and left on our own devices. Upon final completion on the install on these items we discovered several issues from scratches on some of the frames and a security hinge door frame and lock with a manufacturing issue that doesn’t completely fully lock our door. With the scratches on the frames once the security protection tape was removed we witnessed scratches that were evidently seen.This issue was brought to Jolong’s attention and soon enough they engaged in a professional powder coater to fix the issue immediately at their expense for one item scratch only other scratches were noticed a few weeks later once all the security tape was removed when other work in other areas was completed. Now having to now go back to Jolong about these incidents and issues we have had to deal this with other new staff members since that have no previous recollection on what is and has happened in the past and no records on file , this company seems to have a high staff turn over due to the fact on various reasons!! You all want to deal with an unprofessional lot of staff members then I choose Jolong!!!Moving forward to the least within his the past seven month the scratches have not been resolved the company will not pay out to have a qualified professional powder coater to fix this issue as I’ve been told it costs the company too much money (there seems to now not be any after sales service or care how ruthless they are !!!!).The only thing that has been performed here poorly was by two amateur staff members within the company here in Adelaide ensuring us that they will “FIX” the scratches they told me they have and do this several times( but they are not professional powder coaters) by fixing theses issues themselves by purchasing a cheap spray can and that’s all that they bought along and then tape the surrounding areas and then surface spray the outter scratches, this now has made matters worse they have ruined the areas. Secondly the hinge door lock has been replaced by a locksmith but the new lock since it was installed now will not centrally lock the door properly within the door frame the lock will not fully meet within the door jamb.Jolong have kept saying this is an installation issue, this issue was inspected but the installers saying that the install was correctly installed and then now this lies on a manufacturing issue, but Jolong are turning a blind eye and falsely accusing others for their misconduct.All in all Jolong were extremely helpful upon their showroom service here in Adelaide at the time with their previous staff members.But please be advised they turn over staff way too frequently I’d be very aware on this company before spending your hard earned money as we spend quiet a lot of money.We have relentless been patient with this company on their issues for months and they are falling on deaf ears to help us out further with their service and their faults in relation to the above related matters.We have been advised to take matters further and on another note their 5 star rating is misleading.Jolong we are extremelly dissatisfied with your after sales care and support you have taken our money but show very little care on resolving your minor issues upon your responsibilities.We have been been honest with our approach all from the beggining very very disatissied and unhappy!!!!!!Still waiting for a resolution............

We have moved to Adelaide from Sydney and opted to replace 1970s aluminium windows throughout with Jolong double glazing. Most impressed with Jolong suggestion to replace two old ranch sliders with triple panel sliders that we can slide either way. Fantastic. Even our builder has been impressed with the robustness and quality of the Jolong windows and sliders.Yes, the frames are broader than the old windows but the black frames have given our home a style update. Very pleased with outcome. Great value to boot.
