Went on a saturday and the casual worker saleslady was very helpful, went a few weeks later on a weekday and a different saleslady. She wasn't helpful especially when we just wanted to buy framing cardboard to do ourselves. Bought some cardboard and when we got home, found out the cardboard was half the size of the previous purchase and charged the same price. Not getting my business again.

I recently had a drawing my sister drew of my daughter framed. I went to a few different businesses and got some quotes. To say Maitland Framing Gallery smashed it out of the park would be an understatement. The service was professional and at a reasonable price, competitors were almost double the price! Lady Sharan took the time to showed me different combinations that would complement the charcoal drawing. She also showed me where the frame and cardboard would sit on the drawing so that it would not take the attention away from the picture. When I picked the completed work up I was so impressed, I love it and you can see the pride Lady Sharan takes in her work. Can't recommend more!

Customer service was appalling. The lady serving me was rude and not interested in my business, she made me feel like I wasn’t good enough to be in her shop. Went to Rutherford and they couldn’t have been more helpful. A friendly face and better customer service is needed in your shop.
