We're a signage company and used these guys to outsource a job for a major client of ours. Unfortunately the product ripped straight off the fence at the first sign of wind. Their team replaced it for us and sent it out with what was meant to be reinforced eyelets. It blew straight off the fence again, they replaced it again, same result the third time. They ended up giving me a refund but I lost a major client over it. Very disappointing.
