From the moment I walked in, to the last fitting I felt so welcomed at Karen Willis Holmes in Armadale. I enjoyed every experience and all the girls there made me feel so beautiful in my dress. Both my mum and I had visited various other bridal stores and this was the best by far, great service and great quality and stunning dresses. I can not thank all the girls there enough for making finding the" dress such a enjoyable journey."

Recently had my wedding in March 2023. I was unsure what I was looking for in a dress and came across KWH dresses. They are all beautiful!The staff at KWH Armadale were wonderful. The first dress I ever tried on was the dress I ended up purchasing. I am very indecisive and had to try it on 3 different occasions before I made the decision. The staff were so helpful and patient.Once the purchase was made I just had to wait for it to be made. Once that was done and I went in for my fittings the seamstress made me feel comfortable with the process and explained everything to me before making any alterations. It was so lovely seeing the dress come together.I highly recommend them as the quality of the dress was top notch and the staff were excellent throughout the process.Thank you again KWH Armadale!❤️

Cannot recommend the team at KWH Armadale highly enough. I had the most exciting, fun and smooth experience from my very first appointment with Celeste to both my fittings with Katelin, having alterations and ultimately bringing home my dream dress. The entire team are so warm, experienced and professional. They gave me guidance throughout every step of the process, without being pushy and making sure that I was completely happy and that everything was perfect before I took the dress home. I am absolutely in love with my dress and veil. Not only do I love how they looked, but they were SO comfortable to walk, dance and move around in for the entire day.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Karen Willis Bridal. As a more curvier bride, the thought of wedding dress shopping was daunting. I saw online that they cater to a variety of sizes. When I first went to my appointment, you are assigned a staff member to assist you. Lauren was so amazing and accommodating. Whilst they say that it’s not very often people get to say “yes to the dress” like in the show. I knew immediately, we all shared tears when I found the one. I have recently just had my first fitting and I had an absolutely lovely lady to help with the alterations and most importantly made me feel comfortable and heard throughout the whole session.I am beyond glad that I went with Karen Willis Bridal, especially after some not so great experiences elsewhere. I will be recommending the Armadale store to all future brides x

I had a great afternoon yesterday trying on some beautiful dresses at KWH. Sam was so helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I’m not sure if my ‘the one’ dress is from KWH, but if it is I feel informed about the next steps & process, and love that their alterations are in house!My only slightly negative feedback is that the sample dresses could’ve been a little cleaner!

I had a fantastic experience during my March dress fitting. I actually came in the week prior for an accessories appointment to validate that the Camila veil that I had purchased was still the one for me and nothing was too difficult for the KWH team, they were patient as I tried their whole range of veils only to stick with the beautiful Camila after all! It was a special experience during the dress fitting having an in-house seamstress make to measure on me during my fitting, it felt personal and seeing how much the dress came to life during the 1hr appointment was amazing. Going from it’s off the shelf form to tailored to me made me love the dress 1000% more. Thanks again to the team, can’t wait for my final fitting soon!

Incredibly unprofessional staff, obviously upset we had 4 guests + bride instead of suggested 3. No champagne offered- despite offering to the other two bridal parties. Sales assistant spent time dressing bride bad mouthing bridal party, stating that area that bride lived in was ‘so gross’ completely ignored bridal party even tho bride was really wanting bridesmaids input- hence why she brought them with her. Called to complain and was told ‘yeah beautiful the manager will call you back after he lunch break’ never called back. $50 booking fee for that horrible experience- should be ashamed. 19 year old shop assistant clearly needs to gauge the vibe or her bride better, be a bit more wholesome and keep her opinions to her self. Bride left so deflated!! Luckily ended up at grace loves lace and found her dream dress and had a MUCH better experience. Wouldn’t recommend karen Willis to any bride. There are much better stores out there. Don’t waste your time.

Highly recommend KWH for any bride looking for their dream gown! As well as their beautiful gowns, the staff at KWH really are so friendly, patient and professional, which really makes the whole experience of finding a dress that much more special. They really take care of you from start to finish, without any pressure. Shout out to our assistant Sam who made my bridal party and I feel super comfortable from the moment we walked in, and was so patient with me trying on every gown until I found the one I loved!
