Went to shave our cats hair and she ended up with a huge gash in her leg. They didn't seem apologetic at all. We went back to receive medicine for the leg and asked for a discount next time but they responded with a rude attitude telling us to go somewhere else next time then""

He shaved my Samoyed and made me pay $220. He didn't even tell me he was going to shave his whole body, omly said he would shave his chest and stomach. I could have just shaved him at home if I wanted to and not spent $220.This was awhile ago but I just went to a new groomer and they only charged me $170 and did a great job. It made me realise how ripped off I got.Never coming back here ever again.

We have taken our toy poodle Luffy here twice and Dave has done an excellent job on both occasions. He looks and smells great each time, all tangles are taken care of perfectly.We often struggle with preventing and managing tangles but he takes good care of our little guy.Plus, he gets a little bow tie too! The best part about this place is that our fur babies will never be kept in a cage. There's a play area for them during waiting times.Bookings are recommended. He is very responsive to enquiries as well.I highly recommend this place. We have tried other groomers and haven't been too pleased, but we are very pleased with Petique Pet Spa!

We are a regular customer. They always provide us with good customer service. Our dog BB looks very lovely after grooming and spa with them! Highly recommended!
