What a fantastic company to deal with. Their knowledge, service and installation was excellent. All employees were very easy to deal with. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Fredon provide services to my apartment building. The building was brand new and everything under warranty when I first used Fredon. They came out and tried to charge $3690.52 to supply and install new air grilles and return air grilles for an apartment less than 6 months old with no damage when all they did was reset the aircon controller, a simple warranty job. I queried this invoice and received no reply. The aircon control has since had the same issue, and they again tried to charge $346.50 for an ongoing issue which should be under warranty either for the device itself or the builders warranty. This issue is occurring throughout the building. I called and spoke with the service manager who gave me his email and said he would follow up. It's now been several weeks, and I've not heard anything from him even after following up via SMS and email. Fredon and the developer scheduled a meeting to discuss and the meeting did not go ahead for unknown reasons. If these invoices were honest mistakes, they would have responded and resolved the issuebut totally ignoring the issues and not working with the developer is unacceptable and calls into question FREDON's professional integrity. Beware of FREDON!

Great company

Very very dangerous and irresponsible driver from this business. Would not support this buying from here as the driver needs to take his driving test again and learn not to endanger lives on the road. Number plate 1AL-6KW tailgated me for a minute and then sped 70km in a 40km work zone before narrowly cutting me off without any indicators. Very dangerous and could have seriously injured or even killed somebody in the work zone. Not a good way to represent your business.

We have BSA Air Conditioning look after a number of our property portfolios in Geelong and their service and professionalism is second to none. The response to queries and their attention to detail cannot be faulted.
