Usually pretty great! Only reason I haven’t given it 5 stars is the timing of the orders in drive through. Commonly quite slow, sometimes the food is a bit cold.

Since we moved up the road 2 years ago we have been regulars at this restaurant; though the past 6-8 months has really soured my feelings.They just cannot get a single order right- always missing multiple items. And when it is correct it is either undercooked and inedible or overcooked and inedible. Food is always missing, drinks taste flat, watered down or even off in some cases.

Hot chocolate was bland, after eating almost the whole bacon and egg muffin I noticed my egg is green on the inside, I don’t think this is normal… I love hungry jacks but this was really disappointing, I hope I don’t get food poisoning!

The major issue was the lack of access to the counter as the front door was broken and shut and all the customers including children, parents with prams and wheelchair users had to walk into the oncoming traffic to enter the building.Once in there the serving process was a complete mess and the customer service quite poor. But luckily the food was OK.

Worst hungry Jack's we have ever had in Australia. Couldn't finish the food, Chips were cold and looked old, wraps were just filled with sauce and felt like nothing else. We know it's fast food but Jesus put a bit more effort in! And heat your food up properly. Customer service could definitely improve.

Stopped here for lunch on the way through, I ordered a tropical chicken whopper with no mayo and ended up with just a chicken burger with some sad lettuce and a bit of bacon and some cheese, no sauce, no pineapple, nothing. The chips were okay. But I don't think the chicken on the burger was done properly as it's all just come back up after leaving me feeling unwell in the car for several hours.Customer service in drive thru was less than average and she didn't listen to anything which doesn't surprise me as she looked quite young. Staff need better training for customer service and cooking of food to an edible grade. Please do better, this is a high traffic fast food restaurant in a main highway town.

Visited this place in afternoon, fairly quiet but every table was BIG MESS, nobody frm staff cared to clean. They were chatting n goofing around but no hygiene at all in front or in bathrooms.Customer service was at worst. The teenager work there looks like they work forcefully n someone has threatened them. They don't smile, talk gently or understand the order. It takes 3 attempts to make them understand that we need 1 Burger without tomato.The driveway ends on 2 way entry road. Risky exit + very dull + dirty ambience
