I can not recommend Peter Whelan Building Services highly enough. They are six stars out of five. They completed a large remodelling, both inside and out, of our house on the Central Coast. He and his team were highly skilled and detailed in the repair work and no problem seemed to stump them. They were able to turn unusable space into great all purpose areas that are now in high use. Peter is very professional and great at communicating what needs doing and how much it will set you back. Use their services and you will not be disappointed.

Peter built a fantastic 16m long retaining wall in our back garden.Our previous retaining wall was falling down due to all the heavy rainfall we've had on the coast over the last 6 months.We needed to get it fixed so it would not fall into the house or even worse fall down whilst our young son played out in the garden. My wife and I had about 3 people come over to provide a quote and provide us with a bit of an explanation around what needed to be done and how the finished product would look.Peter was a great communicator throughout the quote stage, all the way through to finalising the wall build. Peter provided us with a fair price for the work that needed to be done, which we were happy with and was very professional in his approach. If we need any building work completed in the future then I will absolutely be giving Peter a call.The wall is built with great quality and it looks great. It's really changed the way our garden looks for the better and is now safe, which was our main priority (now I just need to paint the fence).

Time waster. Quoted but kept stalling start date for months then cancelled.

Had my granny flat built by Peter back in 2016, really liked his floor plan compared to the other builders I had seen, the space was well used, and didn’t feel small, very happy with the overall job as our site had some challenges, but Peter found a way to work with it, and the end result was a well built granny, that looks good with the surroundings and existing house, I recommend if anyone is looking at a granny flat, ask Peter first.
