I'm giving this place 3 stars because they have some good stuff and I find that 90% of the staff are great.There is one staff member here who is obviously over her customer service job...I get it, you can only do customer service for so long before it wears you down. But when the times that she have served me I walk away feeling like I've inconvenienced her. I'm always polite and courteous but just get angst and fake politeness back. I really don't enjoy shopping that much so I tend to go to places where I can feel like it was easy and comfortable. I think it's time for me to try another retailer or store...?Edit: haven't been back there

Walking up to a staff member today behind the counter and not being acknowledged is not a great start. To top it off when my partner and I finally got an acknowledgment there wasn’t even a “Hello, thank you for your patience” nothing like that! it was a rude“ Is this a quick enquiry?!” Disgusting customer service. Walked out without purchasing. Will not be coming back to this store again!

Love this Adair’s store. Being the biggest they had a lot more stock than other stores. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed so I really enjoyed browsing. Donna was lovely and super helpful. Ended up spending a lot more than I anticipated but so very happy with my purchases. My bedroom and living room looks amazing.

Had a lovely experience shopping here today, very helpful and friendly service, beautifully presented store, Donna was more than willing to locate the cushions I wanted from other stores , she also helped me put together a throw and cushions to complement my decor .Thank you for your help today.

I've been into this shop 4 times over a 2 year period. Not once has anyone ever asked me if I needed help. In fact the staff don't even look at me. I usually look in when I visit The Good Guys. Very disappointing. But I find alot of shops in Perth with the same treatment. I have money to spend but sales assistance just isn't what it use to be.3/5/2022 Went into this shop again a couple of weeks ago. What a surprise, no one asked me if I needed help and I was trying to get their attention. In fact they kind of ignore me. Oh well once again money to spend but no service.

It's unfortunate I have had to do this review, however it's important that Adairs Shareholders are aware of how their staff are treating their customers.I today went into Adairs store in Osborne Park and was discriminated, insulted and my privacy breached. It was by the store manager Sophie James.I have a medical mask exemption, I was asked to produce it, I did I complied with the store manager's request. My mask exemption does not list my medical condition, however Sophie interrogated me as to why I needed a mask exemption. She then proceeded to advise me get an authorised mask exemption from Medicare. Apparently the one I have from my Doctor is not in the prescribed format as instructed by Adairs management I was told.I remained calm and respectful which Sophie commented on, as she said she has received a bundle of abuse from customers! I am not surprised if this is how she has been treating them.I am sorry, I am in a high end retail store, and Adairs staff are interrogating and advising me that my mask exemption is not in the prescribed format!She further then asked if I was vaccinated. How does me coming into a store to purchase goods and it's not a mandated requirement have anything to do with my vaccination status?Further she feels she is entitled to ask me this information. I advised her this is private medical information. She then literally jumped away, started sanitising her hands and said she should be wearing gloves to deal with me.I was bringing back faulty products as I was leaving she then went to put them into a bag to said these will be incinerated and then went oh no I won't be touching these"

Beautiful store with a range of items to choose from, however they have appalling customer service. Four women who work there all walked past me and didn’t so much as even look at me, and when I approached one of them, she stared at me without speaking. I actually could not believe the level of ignorance, it was embarrassing. I definitely will not return to this store. Apparently it’s well known fact in the business area that the women who work here are exceptionally rude.

Appalling customer service provided at this store. Inconsistent information given about purchasing the last rug they had in store. Told over the phone they don't do holds on sale items, only to drive to store to purchase it after was told we could on the phone, and then be told they can't sell their floor stock rug in person, the same rug they said we could purchase. Then they tried to order it online to find theirs was actually the last in stock so they finally agreed to sell it to us. Once the sale was put through, they dumped the rug on the counter and staff walked off, providing no assistance to carry it to the car. Disgraceful service.
