There is no room service during the holiday week, I went during the Easter holiday, and the service was zero on holiday days.Also, there is no one at reception most of the time during holiday and none holiday days!!!

Great service with super friendly staff. They walk around offering all types of snacks like chicken wings or pastizzies etc. only downfall is the major need of renovation. Bathrooms haven't been updated in decades though they are always fully stocked with everything you need

I stay 1 night on Tuesday of march.it is my pleasure for my budget. I quite happy with the stay , the room and the bed was clean even the towels.....good services. The staff are friendly . Thank you. I will stay again the hotel when I come back. I put the hotal name in my favourite list.

The room is really nice, newly renovated bathroom. Area is a bit rough. Got woken up at 2am by a couple running up & down the hallway. The lady was screaming for about 20mins!I rooms gave good insulation so if they were in their rooms you can hear anything... but the moment there's noise in the hallway, every room can hear it clear as day!The guy at BWS is rude, doesn't even say hi, shouldn't be working in retail if. The staff from hotel are nice though.

Rooms clean and comfortable. The counter meals delicious and great value. All the staff were welcoming, helpful and pleasant. Felt safe. Kitchen facilities available which helped the budget. Clean up after yourself of course.
