Even if they don't have a store front they accepted that i collect my purchase. Friendly staff, order was waiting for me. Definitely recommended

Ordered a product on 1/1/23. Money has been taken from my account, but to date I’ve had no acknowledgement from them whatsoever, no emails. I have sent 4 emails with no response. They do not have a phone number to call. I’m now concerned about the legitimacy of this company.

I ordered a pool cover on Oct 15th 2020 AND STILL WAITING TO RECEIVE IT IN DECEMBER 2020!! no communication, no emails, no return calls, .. let alone answering the phones! I have used the online contact form 5 times with no answer back plus the multiple phone calls and emails.I am now out of pocket $70 and have to find another one.Would rather provide minus 10 stars for theft and fraud of not completing an order and not communicating at all regarding my order of 1 item!DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
