Have been dealing with Scott and the team for over a year on several odd jobs on my Audi and more recently full brake replacement which was more than half of what the dealer quoted me.These guys do great work, look after the customer and are well priced. Highly recommend.

Great knowledge and honest feedback for a wide range of Euro cars. Scott looked over my Alfa with a fine-toothed comb, with no detail missed. Very honest and extremely reasonably priced. Will be bringing my Alfa and family BMWs here for all future Euro work!! Thanks team!

I had my car serviced with Southwest automotive and they advised me I needed a new battery and so I said I was happy for them to replace it. A few months later I took my car to the dealership for a recalled part and they advised me I had the wrong battery in my car and so it was replaced by the dealership. I called Southwest Automotive to explain what had happened and they said they were happy for me to bring the battery back. I took it back and they were very polite and helpful and gave me a full refund for the battery. The mistake was no fault of their own and they were very pleasant and apologetic.

Great, friendly people who serviced my Audi using my requested oil without issue. Also dealt with an unwanted passenger, saving further damage to the car. Highly recommended, thank you.
