Slowest postal service I have ever come across . My medication has been sitting here for 7 days now , it may be December but that company has next day delivery I paid $300 for it to sit at the post office. Do better , you know it's busy , HIRE PEOPLE please!!!!

Absolutely useless I live about 2 suburbs over and my parcels are repeatedly scanned after going back to Brisbane 2 or 3 time before they deliver them and always late maybe you should hire people who actually want to do their job and not stuff everyone around

Great post office! Always greeted with a smile and a chat. Staff are always helpful.The majority of these reviews are actually for the Redbank Distribution Centre which is completely seperate from the Redbank Post Office located at Redbank Plaza!!

I have been coming to this Local Post Office for 3 years now as the drop off point for my small business. The staff are absolutely amazing. Despite how busy this office can get, they are always calm, helpful and go above and beyond to assist me with my daily postage. They are here 6 days a week, and never seem to let it interfere with their ability to offer each and every customer the same service as the first one of the day. Keep up the great work guys!

Whenever my package gets sent to redbank for processing my heart sinks. The delays, multiple lost/damaged packages. Looking at two of my packages sitting at the depo for the past 10 days no updates. Like I understand it's super busy but the amount that gets 'lost or damaged' is suspicious

The worst customer service I have ever had in my life and I'm 50 years old. Trying to cancel a mail reduction. And even know the paperwork was completed. The lady raised her voice and demanded I had tongive her more details. Original receipt number ect. This was my second failed attempt. I had to walk away. I was calm and polite and she verbally abused me. And I still can't cancel or chance my mail reduction. If I could I would give negative star review.

Terrible place, everytime my mail gets here its sits there for a week, sometimes up to two weeks before it is sent out to the next sorting facility. Something needs to be done to either relieve the pressure there or fire the staff and hire new ones, cos the place isnt being run efficiently.
