I needed new wiper blades and had a bad experience a day or 2 ago (with a different branch. oops) so went to Canning Vale store this afternoon. The staff there were amazing - I was greeted with a smile and offered a seat while I waited (which was only for 2 or 3 minutes). The price was clearly explained which included a discount for being a member plus a nominal fitting fee. They were fitted and checked (with a smile and in the rain) in seconds. Brilliant service from cheerful staff. Thank you very much, you were great.

Great advice and guidance when needed to help with unfamiliar automobile issues 9in my case, fixing some minor and deep scratches on my car). Staff were very friendly and helpful in identifying the right products to purchase for my needs, and one gent stopped me from buying more than I needed for now.

Went in for a battery replacement last week. The service was good. The young man who replaced my battery was courteous, thorough and knowledgeable. And today i received an email saying i have been given a $46 credit because the battery i bought went on sale within 2 weeks of my purchase. This is my 2nd battery from the Bannister Road branch.Highly recommended.

Called at 1030 am because it got they are open. And the lady that answered Acknowledges that there is a mix up with there open time. But could not help herself being rude and how i put her out. Just don't answer if you are not open simple not hard

Just went to get a battery and the girl that served me (MADDISON) was brilliant. Was having trouble with my card and she was so patient also Maddison was the one who changed the battery over. Such great service all round thankyou ❤️
