Not happy with the service, their policies or the way the place is run at the Toormina store. Some staff members were lovely and others not so nice at all. I personally, will never enter the store again, let alone spend any money there. Bees love honey not vinagar""

Lifeline Toormina is open Saturdays again, such a lovely stop on our way through, my son was able to buy some trucks and the staff are so kind and easy to talk to.

Overpriced and have seen 2 older staff members be rude to customers in the past, have seen them smack talk customers once the leave the shop and now have also copped a serve myself from the main chick for suggesting they are overpriced.

A big store with plenty of interesting items usually available at tolerable prices. The tidiness/organisation of the store is acceptable. Some of the staff lack a customer-focused attitude.

The pricing man was super rude! He put an $80 price tag on a throw rug that wouldn't cost that much new. The dress my daughter bought cost $15 and once home she discovered it had been cut roughly to shorten. Op shops should be there to support folk not rip them off. It was super demoralising after losing so much to flooding to then be overcharged and treated rudely.

A bit out of the way but seemed to be very popular with a lot of different products to choose from. The staff were great too.
