Amazing team of caring, compassionate staff.

Have enjoyed my counseling here, except the receptionists are ruining it. At my last appointment I was told I had another one booked for 2 weeks. Well 2 weeks passed and I didnt get any kind of reminder so I sent an email to check, got no response, so I rang up, found out that apparently there was no appointments booked for me at all in the future. May not sound like a big deal, but for someone dealing with mental health issues/crisises this is a really dangerous mistake for them to make, and they weren't apologetic at all. Really let down.

Extraordinarily disappointed. After second appointment I registered my concern with a misdiagnosis. This was acknowledged and dropped. No correspondence after this. My only conclusion is they just don't care. Go elsewhere.
