I spent four months at another physio and my back issues only got worse. By the time I came to Physiotherapy Links, it was looking like I was going to need surgery or at least a nerve block. But after just four sessions with Adam I am nearly pain free, off medication and back to my normal routine. I could not be more grateful for the treatment I received here. The staff are personable and knowledgable and genuinely seem to care about your condition. They customise your treatment based on your scans and doctors notes, whereas my previous physio didn't look at any of that and handed me a template routine.

NDIS PARTICIPANTS AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!This practice has the objective of making profits above helping people. They will try justifying charging people with a disability more than the general public. Stating we have to charge the NDIS rate; either they’re ill inform or just a POS. NDIS set out price LIMITS this is the MAXIMUM a provider can charge. If your service fee is already within this limit there is no need to unnecessary waste MY funding for MY disability.Further to the actual appointment, after paying more than the general public the phyiso refused to provide support to my shoulders (motorcycle crash) and foot (t MMA fighter) stating that he could only treat issues which he felt were related directly MY conditions based on very limited information and about 5 minutes of conversation. My disability’s exacerbate injury’s like the motorcycle crash and daily recovery as it’s constantly being hindered. You need to think from a holistic approach to healthcareProfessional conduct, if I’m going to be paying more than everyone else and you’re dictating how MY condition affect me without having any bases of evidence or understanding. Then please don’t stop therapy during the limited service you’re providing to go on your phone and see who’s fighter on a UFC card??? Seriously, I’d told you I fight, it’s a PPV, if ya don’t know who’s fighting on the main card of that PPV you’re a causal so don’t try pretend you know jack.

Extremely unprofessional clinic. Staff do not adhere to times of appointments, regularly run over. Pilates classes so noisy you cannot hear yourself count your own repetitions. Front office staff offhanded.

Jason Sterling gave me a sports massage pre-marathon. This was one of my best massage experiences. He spent time at the start to assess my goals, and level of comfort. He was confident in identifying problematic areas and treated this accordingly. Loves a good conversation which made for a great expereince. Thank you.

Elise has helped me resolve my plantar fasciitis and rehab after my surgery, she goes above and beyond for her clients. Will never see anyone else!

After a few visits to this clinic I have now found that I'm not the only one who has been totally disappointed, I will never go back here and I will be ensuring my g.p. Does NOT further reccomend phsio links helensvale to other patients. It's amazing how small the Gold Coast is, and word does get out and after my own experience and a family member along with friends have all said the same. I will also be contacting the health board association in regards to the conduct of these phsios along where one told me to light a candle to help with my pain

I’ve been going to Allsports Physio Helensvale for over a year and I have seen dramatic improvements and great results. The staff are all professional and friendly, but can also be very helpful in not only achieving a good physical baseline, but also helping you surpass it.

Adam Daniels is a rare physio... he diagnoses the issue, tells you what to do.. and IT WORKS! No need to go back for 6 months every week.. no wonder he is so busy from word of mouth! Highly recommend a visit..
