I was a client on and off for several years. Jo would routinely keep me waiting for 20 to 30 minutes and when I complained about it she was outraged.Once she sent a group email to me and 20 of her clients without using the BCC function, so we could all see each others names and for some people, their employers (if they were using a work email address). When i tried to talk to Jo about this terrible breach of all of our privacy, she diminished the significance of the breach and made me feel that I was being ridiculous and paranoid. She then tried to turn it into a learning opportunity" to demonstrate that people can make mistakes. Wow. It was some grade A gaslighting. Well done
