Kim is literally the best hairdresser I've ever known. His prices are very reasonable so I always get him to round up. Go there and you'll know why. 6/5 stars.

Kim is an extremely talented, gentle and skilled artist and his wife Candace is a sweetheart!!Had a complex request in the pix I showed him, as the hair in the images was a result of multiple processes which Kim said would not be possible in one sitting. He must've seen the disappointment written all over my face because after much discussion, which he was very patient with even given the small language barrier and my persistence, it suddenly clicked and he came up with a brilliant solution.I had blonde balyage on my waist length natural brown hair, nearly full head of foil highlights, toner and transition between foils and balyage blended near seamlessly; face framing highlights and curtain bangs, a new style cut and blowdry AND big curls done skilfully with flat iron to finish.My hair was gorgeous and I loved it, felt so glamorous. After several weeks and ocean dives, the colour has remained a lovely light non-brassy tone of blonde and still blends beautifully with my own brunette. Now, the ONLY thing I'm a bit sad about is some breakage underneath, on the right-hand lower nape of my neck. It's not noticeable unless I wear my hair up in a high pony, which I don't in public. I'm also not sure if the small amount of damage occurred during the process of brushing out the balyage's backcombing or in my inexperience with caring for treated hair immediately after. I have educated myself now and my hair is soft, still beautiful, and I'd highly recommend this salon for cut/colour/styling of any kind, Kim is a genius and I LOVE MY HAIR!! Thank you both.
