Justin and Meg have been brilliant with providing a first class review of the pool at a property we intended to purchase and the efforts to bring that pool up to speed after settlement of the property. Really terrible service no communication from any of these clowns and would never have them do work for me or anyone i know and will tell everyone i know about the poor service i received for this company.

Booked in maintenance on my pool. Did not attend at the agreed time (Saturday morning). Did not answer phone calls. Had to pay another company high rate to come out as it was urgent to get my property ready for airbnb guests. When they did call me on Monday I asked for a refund of my $100 deposit. It has now been been 30 days since I was debited and still no refund. Very unhappy. Why should I have to call and ask again for a refund this should just be automatic given no service was provided. Fed up with businesses like this who think they can get away with theft.

Hands down the best pool company in Darwin,we had a chlorinator break they came out fixed it vacuumed did what they needed to do and it's never look this good! There staff are true professionals in what they do,I've owned the house for 10 years and had countless pool guys in..none have ever taught me the wealth of knowledge these guys have,George in particular has been amazing and a true asset to the company. Could not recommend them enough. Keep up the good work guys

I have had bad experiences with pool shops however these guys treat their customers with respect and honesty and that's the hidden value of poolwerx. In my case I had a guy called George out to install my pool light from poolwerx and he gave me a 100% effort into my installation. No fast expensive shonky work at all. Thank you poolwerx. Go nowhere else Darwinites.

Have to mention Lyn Wicks here, she knows her job too well and knows what she is talking about. Hard to find people like her . As a real estate office we highly recommend Poolwerx services and Lyn Wicks assistance.

My pool filled with black alge despite regular services . tech had limited knowledge. Don’t risk your pool .
