I am always very impressed with the service and kindness that my animals receive at this vet clinic. Love how helpful they are when any of my dogs is sick or need urgent attention.

Dr Clarence is very thorough and genuinely cares about your pet. I have found their pricing structure to be very reasonable and that helps alot. We all know how expensive vets can be. Unfortunately my cat is too old to have health cover. I am extremely happy with the treatment my cat is receiving at the moment.

I would like to thank Clarence and the staff for attending to my emergency with my beautiful cat Jelly..Clarence your gentleness and respect was 2nd to none and the young nurse was amazing..Thankyou for giving her a peaceful ending..

Very disappointing service by African vet, gave C7 vaccination but didn't want to do anything else, despite consult being included.He was very reserved, no introduction or even a Hello when he walked in.Was more concerned if my 3.5 kg dog would bite him despite me telling him she had never bitten anyone before, I had only told nurse that she didn't seem to like the Aboriginals who loitered around our house years before. My dog was very tense with him.Vet refused to look at my 10yo dog's cataracts with a scope as I asked,couldn't/wouldn't answer how fast her cataracts would progress and how bad were they, answered could be many things" repeatedly to my questions/concerns about her skin rash

We've tried other vets in the area and this our favourite! The staff are lovely and so caring for our dogs, even our anxious one that is scared of people is happy to go here! Lovely calm reception area, good sized examination rooms. The vets and nurses are top notch, always answering any questions we have and giving us recommendations. We wouldn't go anywhere else now, really great place.

Wonderful staff. Very caring towards my pets giving a good explanation of the treatment they are providing. I would highly recommend them to anyone with animals.
