Nikki was hands down the stand out supplier for our wedding. Out of our make up artist, hairdresser, cake-maker, wedding planner etc Nikki was the most organised, the most professional, the loveliest and provided the highest quality service. I still can't believe how lucky we got with having her! Every step of the way she over delivered on her promises.The photos were absolutely gorgeous - we couldn't have been happier with the results. Nikki was an absolute joy to work with and made the day fun and stress free for us. She also went the extra mile to take us up to the cape for some wonderful sunset shots which turned out amazingly.My partner and I are a little awkward but she managed to make us look good while also making us feel comfortable and relaxed. We did a pre-wedding shoot with her that really put us at ease because we had no idea how to pose, and she made it super easy and natural for us. We really can't fault her on a single thing - she is very responsive with emails, gave us advice on how to time everything on the wedding day to pack in as many photos as possible, and she delivered our photos exactly when she promised them, all presented exquisitely in a keepsake box. Nikki did an absolutely beautiful job for my wedding - she was personal, sensitive and warm, and despite my discomfort with photos, got some truly beautiful and natural shots! Each of them transported us back to every special and candid moment. Nikki's service and communication was excellent all the way through a very personalised process, and the keepsake box and USB she gave us was a lovely touch. Her website is easy to use and many of my guests commented on Nikki's professionalism and the ease with which they could access photos for themselves. Nikki was amazing. She made 2 people who hate being in front of a camera feel very comfortable and at ease. From the first communication (on email) to the first meeting (on Zoom) to the actual shoot, Nikki was warm, welcoming, easy-going and approachable. She provided guidance and advice leading up to the day. She gave us good instructions on the day such as where to stand, how to stand, where to look, and what to do. Our guests loved her too. We would have no hesitation recommending Nikki for a wedding photo shoot and we hope to use her in the near future for a family shoot too once bub arrives.
