High pressure hose for cleaning cars great. Can pay with coins.Problem is the vacuum cleaner, no coin deposit slot, vacuum cleaner is rendered useless because no possible way or means to pay.I don't swipe cards.So went to new car wash at Kunda Park to vacuum the car.

Absolutely scandalous prices. $2 will get you 1 min 40 secs in the self serve bay. Easily the most expensive car wash I have ever used. I recommend the car wash next to the BP at Pacific Paradise.

What a rip off! 18$ for a splash of water on your car!! I had to dry out the car myself, and the guy in duty asked me if I had finished with the vacuum as I was parked in the vacuum area but still had to dry the car. I felt pushed so started vacuum only to realise that I had to spend another 5$ for just over 4 minutes of vacuum! Now I still need to vacuum at home and dry my car properly.. stay away don’t trough your money away.

Look, I’ve been to a couple of really great automatic car wash joints, but this wasn’t it. I didn’t expect perfect, but I may as well have hosed my car with water and saved $18.

Had $20 note taken and not registered as paid. So this car wash just cost me $41 and there's no way to complain, no one around and not even a phone number anywhere to get assistance. What a rort.

I use this car wash on a very regular basis. However, today was absolutely a nightmare.Firstly, the soap hose was tangled way up in the air and came crashing down on my car. It was still tangled up with spiral hose and it took my $2 with not using it. Then… the buttons were not working to programme my wash etc. I put more than was necessary to try starting up. I ended up with still dirty small car MX5 and costing $8 which I normally do wash and rinse for $4.Not at all happy and most frustrated, let alone still need to check for damage from short handset falling from way up in the air.Normally there is an attendant but not today when I tried to find one.

Scanned my card and it just kept saying authorising. Nothing happened so we cancelled and used my partners card. It went through but I got an alert on my phone that I had been charged as well. No contact number or site to get a refund. Pretty disappointing as the wash itself for the dogs is good.
