This crew of trainers know their stuff. They are so supportive & have top priority in helping us achieve our goals. Being aimed at mums means an ease of bringing the kiddies to the sessions.. The trainers understand mum life" and how hectic this is. But also know we have to prioritise ourselves to bring out the best in our family.The tribe of like minded women are inspiring

Mums On A Mission
There’s no better way to improve your health and fitness level than joining a group of likeminded mums who often too have their children in tow. MOAM has helped me find my passion for fitness which in turn has made me the strongest, happiest and healthiest version of myself. Joining this outdoor group was the best thing I’ve done since becoming a mum and gives me the chance to set a great example for my kids. All the trainers are very knowledgeable, keep you motivated and bring challenging workouts.

It’s being an absolute pleasure joining Mums on a Mission. It’s a group of ladies who are inspired to be better and fitter, for not only their health but also for their families. I love how educational the personal trainers are and how much focus is on the power of mindset, nutrition and fitness. I’ve also made great friends with the ladies who train together! I cannot rave enough about it!

Mums On A Mission
This is THE BEST training group for mums! I have been a member for almost 3 years, including throughout my recent pregnancy, returning with an eight week old bub. The trainers are all incredible - so knowledgeable, welcoming and supportive. There is a real focus on mindset and nutrition as well as a range of classes (bootcamp, boxing, metafit, zuu, yoga etc).This is the first time in my life i have consistently exercised (and loved it!) which i think comes down to the fact you can train outdoors (and bring your kids!) alongside a great group of mums - everyone brings such a positive vibe to every training session and it really is such a great community! :)

Since joining MOAM 6 months ago I have gained not only fitness and muscle but friends.The environment is great and makes me actually want to work out.The Trainers are all brilliant and help hold me accountable for attending classes, as well as supporting my dietary goals and emotional health.The community of mums/women and trainers together is so positive and hilarious.Just love being involved in this group x

I love Mum's on a Mission - why you ask because of these reasons:1. Training with other mums by trainers who are also mums, so you have a whole new village to ask advice and obtain support from.2. I love training outside but I like the flexibility MOAM offers in winter so we can train indoors.3. Variety of classes at a few different locations, catering for everyone.4 I love that I can bring my babes and not have to pay any additional costs for crèche.I would highly recommend joining the MOAM family - great way to get fit and healthy.

Mums on a Mission is like nothing else around - Inspiring Mums to live a positive, healthy life. Not just fitness - looking at positive mindset, nutrition and accountability. The variety of sessions and locations means it fits in with school drop offs, after school activities and work. I've achieved so much more than I imagined I could, and feel absolutely fantastic! I'd recommend it to any Mum looking to improve their health and fitness, all the members are great and really encouraging - plus you can take the kids along to every session for free!

Mums On A Mission
I joined Mums on a Mission about 18 months ago and it has been the best thing for me. I have never been a person that loves exercise or would voluntarily take myself for a walk or a run but now I am finding that I get upset if I have to miss out on going to a class. Since being a member, my mindset about exercise and nutrition completely changed resulting in huge improvements in my confidence, fitness and weight. There is a a variety of classes and the fact that you can take your kids if you need to means you have no excuse not to attend. All the trainers are so supportive, knowledgeable and encouraging. I have been able to safely train through injuries and pregnancy. No matter your level of fitness everyone gets something out of the classes. Mums on a Mission has created an amazing community of women that just want the best for each other and that is reflected in all the classes you attend. If you’re thinking about joining definitely give it a go because you’ve got nothing to lose by having a go!
