We are building our first home with Firstyle Homes and the experience has been amazing so far. The staff are professional and knowledgeable and are always happy to answer questions. The process with them has been quick and easy we would definitely recommend them for anyone looking to build their dream home.

Don't risk putting your faith in Firstyle, do more research and find another builder. We wish we had.Constantly ignored or forgotten about. If you do finally get someone to reply or listen it's just empty promises that are made. We are still waiting for outstanding items to be fixed some of which were brought to their attention more than 9 months ago. Some items that were fixed were done so poorly they already need attention again.They are full of apologies when and IF you have communication but no solutions or actions.I have held off doing this because I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but no more we are done and will be taking our complaints further.

Ken the Sales Consultant provided exceptional service that was beyond my expectations. He answered in great detail during the entire process and was shown to be very knowledgeable in his field. I'd definitely recommend anyone planning to build their new home to see him.

Jodie Howe at spring farm helped me with the purchase of my new home. She was easily contactable anytime I needed to ask questions about my property and supported me even though I had initial problems with my developer. Jodie is prime example of great customer service which makes Firstyle homes a reputable builder.

Early days... our Willowdale house building commenced in December 2019, and the build is at the roof stage at he moment. I'd just like to reflect on the process so far....Sales Process - pretty slow, must be faster and more responsive for the customers. Sales staff must be more responsive and have better product knowledge so that customers are not left wondering.Pre-Construction - FANTASTIC TEAM! Darko and Rebecca were just so fantastic and made this part of the process really smooth. Both were very professional and responsive and nothing was too hard for them. Your guidance and expertise was invaluable. Kudos to you guys, big thanks and you are true asset to Firstyle Homes.Construction stage - Initially got assigned different construction supervisor, but shortly after we got Mr Joe Camilleri as our site supervisor and Kobie as CS officer. Joe and Kobie are very responsive to all our enquiries and provide timely updates on the construction process. We have very professional and constructive correspondence on all construction matters. Thanks guys for the good job so far. I am a bit disappointed not to have a chance to meet Joe yet, but hopefully that will happen soon as i'd really like to attend the site and check the work done so far.So far, would i recommend Firstyle Homes to my friends and family....YES!I will keep posting further updates and feedback towards the end of the process and hopefully it will all be just positive stuff so I can improve my overall rating. So far so good, but will see how the rest of the process goes and most importantly, if house is finished on time and to quality.More to come...R & M Skoric

I have just completed my build with FS. It was a VERY slow start, understandably the Covid lockdown had an impact on this. However the first site supervisor I had did not help the experience. There was no communication or contact regarding delays or where the build was at, the house pretty much sat there untouched for a long period. I was ready for a 0 star review. I then had my second site supervisor who took over for a short period and there was a little progress. Then I had my third and final site supervisor take over, Jeremy, who was a complete game changer! The house was consistently being worked on, he updated me on progress regularly, he was honest and provided realistic expectations, and his customer service skills were amazing throughout until the end. If he was unavailable to take my call, he would always send a message and/or return my call. He’s pretty much the main reason I’m giving FS 5 stars. Really happy with the final outcome of the home!

Great customer service and very good quality homes

Awful experience with this builder to date, lack of accountability in terms communication and acknowledgement of customers circumstances and needs. Multiple attempts to seek improvements in communication across progress of jobs, milestones etc - to no outcome, despite escalating to management. Horrendous discussion with General Manager - zero accountability and desire to appease customers spending hundreds of thousands of dollars for a service - for a request of communication and clarification. DREADFUL

Never sign up withers guysIt’s a ripoff. Trust meEverything will be broken as soo the warranty finishes. Ppl don’t realise this but all of my friends including me are facing the same issue and they just don’t care.

We are very happy with our new home, we get what we want, nice design home, good quality.Ken , sale consultant, he is always in our thought with his good advices and great help to get new home the way we want it.Fortunately, Joe Camilleri is supervisor for our new home , Joe always keep in contact updated work has been done and outline work to be done every week.We are very happy with Joe who is very fussy to make sure all work is acceptable and we are happy with.All staff at Firstyle Home are very friendly and helpful, I recommend Firstyle Home for all my friends.Thanks to everyone at FirstyHome .Vina Lambert
