Pete did a fantastic job putting up an easy shed. He took his time to make sure the job was done properly. He was amicable and provided great value for money. I would definitely recommend Pete for property solutions.

I can highly recommend Peter for any handyman jobs you may need help with. I had 3 rooftop whirlybirds that were not working, Peter had to replace one due to wear and tear but able to fix the remaining two saving me quite a bit of money in the process. Peter was polite, professional, on time, friendly and explained everything in full including what my options were. I will definitely be using Ocean Breeze Property Solutions in the future. DON'T BOTHER WASTING YOUR MONEY! shocked ( is an understatement ) to see such Disgraceful work, I walked into my brothers house over the weekend and seen what you have done to his bathroom. You should be ashamed of yourself knowing they have 5 kids and a baby on the way.. How do you expect them to use it unfinished? Then I found out you took the money from them to complete the other bathroom ( en suite ) and you haven't even started it... A 16 yr old doing an apprenticeship would have done a better job then this. The tiling in the bathroom is shocking, un level and also grouting lines are un even and un finished. ( See attached photo's ) I would highly recommend this guy if you want a cheap and nasty job! This should be going to A current affair alongside all the others!

Just wondering when you will complete the flooding bathroom you installed or even start the other bathroom? Work started on our bathroom in September and we still cant use it. You have been paid 70% of the job. This is really unprofessional Peter. Adding a public review is the last thing I wanted too do. Phone calls and emails seem to be falling on deaf ears. Please be wary of this man when it comes to FULL renovations. Peter is also not licensed so has no Guarantee or insurance. Which we have learnt the hard way. Please click on my Google account for photos of the finished" unusable bathroom. It's people like this that ruin the industry and people's lives. This man still has another bathroom that was quoted by Ocean Breeze Property Solutions that he has been paid for but never started. Will take your money happily but wont fix or finish his second rate work. If you acknowledge positive and negative reviews why did you keep deleting the photos I uploaded? People deserve to view what you call completed work."
