So disappointed in the lack of understanding! My Oriental boy is not socialised as had a bad experience as a kitten and as result has a severe nervous condition that causes him to scratch and overgroom which in the past cause his ear to swell. I took him to Dr Kenneth Tan on the 4th March 23 and he picked him up, left the room with him, shaved most of Boyd's chest to take a blood sample as this caused him an extreme breakdown where we had 3 sleepless nights and 3 days just trying to comfort him, He was shaking, overgrooming, running all over the place and his eyes looked like he was somewhere else.We are renovating and he had another episode and caused his ear to swell so I asked the vet for a repeat of the anti-inflammatory - happy to pay whatever but did not want to put Boyd through going in the car and back to the vet.They were short staffed and they finally messaged me at the end of the day after 4 phone calls and I also had gone in to the vets. The message was that I needed to bring Boyd in - so obviously they have no idea what his condition is truly like - I just needed a repeat and was prepared to pay whatever - thanks for nothing!I hope everyone reading this sees that you have no comprehension of this condition - but it must be about clipping the ticket. How disappointing that you have no understanding that some pet owners know more about their pets than you give them credit for!

Have given Petstock Butler grooming numerous chances since Erica left. I don't like giving negative reviews, however cuts are not great, dogs do not smell clean and on two occasions now have come back with diarrhoea and sickness. Sad to say it is not worth the money. We have been loyal customers for 4/5 years. Looking elsewhere for grooming now.

Every time I used their grooming service my dogs registration tags have gone missing or mixed up with another dogs tags. They usually get the job done.However, today booked for full groom but came back to a dog only washed. Paid for bath and dry price but ears not clean and nails not clipped, because they were understaffed. You should at least have the courtesy of rescheduling appointments, completing the service provided before charging customers, or giving a discount for an incomplete service.

great range of products. always willing to price match when possible. the ladies in grooming were incredible doing a nail clip for my very anxious dog. they made sure he was comfortable and left feeling much happier in himself. a lovely lady called jenna was especially helpful. she went above and beyond to assist me in finding the best products for my pups. will definitely be shopping here again

- Often get a bad vibe when going here.- Always pestered to join their rewards program.- Puppy training is terrible, it was more harmful than beneficial. You’ll get less socialising … more trying to sell products. Training takes place in the rear of store, in warehouse upon the concrete floor.

This Store by far has the best customer service compared to all the Pet Shops in the Area. The Staff all greet you when you enter the store, they are really knowledgeable and have a great attitude.Another great feature of Pet Stock is the membership rewards system offers you discounts immediately. They even Price match on stocked items.The Staff always offer to carry Dog food or multiple items for us to the car.Highly suggest a visit.

First time booking my greyhound in for grooming and i selected the wash and tidy. They were so kind and friendly with my anxious grey and i was impressed with the service and price. I have tried local mobile groomers and a shop near my home but none felt confident with my grey. I will definitely be back

The girls at the salon are so lovely and professional! My Maltese dogs have the most perfect teddy cut and smell amazing! Thankyou for taking such good care of my fur babies!
