Granny flat completed October 2019. Inhouse were very prompt in construction and communication. Estimated 16 weeks built time was on time. Kevin (Sales) and Steve ( Foreman ) are invaluable to the company. They help me go though the construction process with ease. No variations were charged unlike several other builders I have dealt with previously. I have recommended this company to friends and family. I have had no issues since construction completion and both Kevin and Steve have gone above and beyond to make this a prefect build. Their prices were extremely competitive.

My project was not a simple or straightforward cookie cutter. Time and careful planning was required to ensure we delivered on the vision that we were all proud of. This was from the design, finishes and working within the constraints of the site. This was not an easy project to embark on and they exceeded my expectations on this.- Collaborative - Tony from the beginning suggested and made noteworthy recommendations to help improve the aesthetics, maintenance and cost of the project.
