Really poor customer service. I took my ring in for repair and they did not complete the repair as discussed, still charged me, and then told me there was nothing they could do after I showed them an area of the ring they disfigured.

Underwood delivers underwhelming service. The manager is both rude and severely incompetent of listening to and facilitating the needs of her customers. She is incredibly rude and throws her toys out of the cot when she fails to understand basic customer service fundamentals. No need to post specifics here of the interaction that we experienced today, however, more then willing to speak to someone from Underwood if they care enough to reach out. Thanks again for ruining my wife's Christmas surprise and we will be taking our business to Vera at the jewellers down the road.

I’ve had multiple pieces of jewelry designed & made by underwoods and they have all been so beautiful and really well crafted. I go in regularly to have a lot of my jewelry cleaned and maintained, I’m always met with happy & friendly staff. I can’t recommend them all highly enough!

I recently had an heirloom signet ring repaired here, it had a large crack on the inside. The repairs only took two weeks and didn’t cost a lot. They managed to make a 250 year old ring look brand new and flawless, I was really impressed with the service of Rachael and the team. Highly recommend.
