Don’t use them - they’re not honest. They short change you and pay you less than what they’re supposed to. A couple of times now I’ve counted my cans first and they’ve not matched 10 cents per can!

Good service when you finally get through the line up, waited over an hour to get through to be served. Overall not impressed with the speed at which they are getting through the customers, need to find some more efficient methods.

I asked them if they would like me to take the lids off the bottles they said no and chucked them somewere else did not get 10 c for these ones

Just took a huge garden bag full of cans it would have been well over $100 but only received $70 because they claim they have to put tax the cans

İt's a huge warehouse at Bethania. Easy access from the road. Make a quick circle behind the building and follow the entrance signs. 3 cars going in same time. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. İt was the first time I have been there and they explained me what to do everything kindly.Thanks for your kind service and explanations.

Have been going for a few months now. Very efficient operation. Handlers are friendly and processing is fast. Can be difficult to just keep up with them at times. Most of the trips have been quick and can only remember one time where there was a long line of cars. It is a full drive through with 4 bays to process the recycling. The entrance is chained until a bay is open. Remember to take off the lids of containers. You will get cash if you wait for the drive through but there is an option to drop off containers (if you are registered) in bags in an express section. Most people prefer the cash. In the times I have gone, I got from around $20 to $60 based on how many containers I brought. Impressive just to watch how fast they sort.

It's one thing to miscount the total cans by 5 - 10 but to miscount 50 - 100 cans the two times I've been there ??? Either the staff need to learn how to count or something dodgy is going on. Count your cans/bottles before handing them over or go somewhere else!

Lately the counting seems off and the staff couldn’t be any ruder. Do they work for free? If not, give someone else a job. Visited Tuesday 12 October 8 am.

My first time here, used to go to Stapylton, until we felt like we got ripped off. We now count our bottles, and these guys were spot on. About a 10 minute wait which is expected on a Saturday, but it was quick once in. Keep up the good work.
