What you actually get looks nothing like the advert! Piece of chicken not much bigger that a couple of nuggets. Why is there not penalties for false advertising?

KFC is my favourite venue for takeaway but this one particular exceeded expectations. The employee named Elijah gave excellent service and had a beautiful smile. Defiantly made my day

Charlene, worst manager ever! She forgot our food and refused to admins she was in the wrong. Reinstating that she was the manager and she can’t make mistakes. She continued to give me attitude and called me a liar multiple times. Would give this 0 stars if I could, avoid this store and this manager.

mess up drive through order. when i rang and explained to the one of thr worst managers ive dealt with, was basically told that because its what their staff entered for the order then tuff luck. . i didnt get what i ordered.. bunch of twits

Staff at KFC regularly cannot include items in orders. They work there so should know what is included in a meal.Not sure if deliberate or incompetent,either way: pathetic.Food is fine ,when you get the items actually meant to be in the order you made. 2/10

Forgot my gravy again. Second time been there misses something both times. Chips were old. Colesaw has to be the worst of all time.

Gave me the wrong order twice now. Waited a while in the drive through, I get it, it's peak hour, finally go to pay, they have music blaring and are messing around and get given the wrong burger for the 2nd time in a row that I've been there

Always a great experience going to Deception bay Redcliffe. Excellent service on the counter tdy. Got my order perfect. Saved me money on a combo without even asking. Very clean inside. Staff were busy cleaning and doing it with pride. Overall extremely satisfied. I live much closer to the Redcliffe store but the D Bay store is leagues above them in every way. I will keep coming here.

It’s KFC.. good old reliable. Just be cautious if your a slightly bigger vehicle in the drive through.. you will fit no problem but it’s is a little tighter.
