This place stands the test of time, where you go to see a true history in making. Friendly staff and great service. Nothing is impossible for them, imposible will take longer but will be made possible.

Amazing service and expert knowledge. True craftsmen. The shop also has a beautiful display of Seiko watches from days gone by.I've only just discovered Thomas' Timepieces in Newcastle, and now wouldn't think of going anywhere else for watch and clock purchases and repairs.

Service isn't worth what you pay, had to bring the watch back after service as it kept stopping again and again and the dial had many visible dust particles. Atleast they offer 6 months warranty on each service but even now the date changes at 5 past 12 which isn't a bad thing considering the previous faults but kinda shows the type or service your watch will get. Movement wasn't even regulated properly after the second service and for a long time was loosing time outside an eta 2836's variation limit. Didn't want to go back to leave my watch for another month or so, hence decided to regulate myself. Turns out the stud holder wasn't in the correct position and regulating the screw didn't do anything, was able to fix it into its position at the end and now its running well enough at +5 secs a day.

It is a great small business specialising in repairs and replacement of clock/watch movements. They are very helpful, giving you good advice. They do sell new watches and clocks, stocking a wide range of not so run of the mill items. Recommended and worth supporting."

Have had two vintage Seiko watches back after service and restoration and I must say I am super impressed. The team made two very old low cost but rare watches come alive again with thoughtful restoration and polishing so they still retain their vintage feel but now work and look incredible for their age. You won’t get it done in a heartbeat but to me what has occurred with my watches is artistry and I can find no higher praise than that: recommended

Whilst I didn’t purchase any service or product, the owner was very helpful with my problem; your only problem is the lack of car parking with the surrounding construction.

I had a Seiko watch restored by this company....it took the best part of 6 months to have it returned , within the warranty period (6 months ) the hands become loose (apparently I must have dropped it) which took another 3 months to repair. After approximately 3 months the hands become loose again , out of warranty , $150 quote to repair and turn around tme approximately 3 months. I didn't go ahead with it because they wouldn't guarantee the hands not coming loose again....I've since moved overseas and had it repaired here ....$5 to repair and watched him repair it ,it took 20 minutes and the watch is still going strong over two years later .This company is very overpriced with extremely poor service. The big man was extremely rude ...never again
