Have been loyal customer for a long time. Recently was told that the shape of nail I wanted was not possible, despite showing several pictures from the internet (shape is called mountain peak). When I asked why it wasn't possible I was told because the style I wanted is ugly". First technician asked me three times if they were short enough and when I patiently explained no and showed her the pictures again

They are amazing. I go to this salon since few years now. Very clean, the staff is always polite, and when they are fully booked they feel so bad to ask you to come half an hour later. Their acrylic nails last until I need a refill and they take the bother to learn how you want your manicure or pedicure. Last time I had shellac mani and pedi and as usual - just perfect. Highly recommended.

Firstly, I must say how disappointed I am in the treatment of my daughterShe attended your salon on Thursday and had a complete set of acrylics, she initially asked for refill but was told she needed a new set as last job was poorly done.Your technician cut her finger, she pulled back and told her that she had cut her, no notice was taken, the technician grabbed her hand and continued on.  Then the technician again cut the finger next to the first finger cut, ignoring my daughter’s complaint and concernBy the time the job was done your technician had cut three fingersWhen my daughter again mention this she was completely dismissed and told to pay the $65.I find this totally unacceptable, unprofessional and total lack of hygiene and compassionMy daughter has attended the Dr and has been put on antibiotics due to infection, this is terrible, just shows that you do not clean your equipment or your staffed are not trained correctly.

I have used this nail salon many times out of convenience, but I will not be going back anymore. They use the nail drill too close to your cuticles so they are sore and bleeding by the end of the acrylics and the nails are never all the same shape. All the tools they used where very dirty (the brush was hard from the built up dust), and the salon in general was very unclean. Definitely do not recommend going here.

the lady i had today with the blue denim jeans on did a wonderful job and i’ve had the best experience here for my first time at a different salon , my pedicure was so relaxing and they look so pretty and fresh! thankyou ! will definitely be coming back

I booked an appointment for Thursday night, thinking it would help, considering how busy it could be, but the booking didn't seem to make any difference.I was looked after by Ann who completed a full set of acrylics in less than an hour (not considering the wait times when she disappeared to look after other clients).the set is beautiful with no show of bubbling as Ann took care with the application.it is the thinnest application I've ever had with acrylics and looks like it could be my natural nails; though I wonder if this jeopardizes the lifespan of the nails.I would like it if staff could let their customers know when they have to disappear to attend someone quickly/ swap with someone else as it is confusing when they leave their seat just to watch them open a box and refill gloves while you dangle your hands mid air with one nail glued on.otherwise, understood them rushing me off my seat to wash my hands as it is a busy night.signs show you will get a 10% discount for reviews but was unable to see if it would be honored.

Went in on a Wednesday afternoon as it was slow. Only 4 customers. 2 getting pedicures, 2 manicures. My friend and I wanted a set of nails done each. Ladies told us “they are busy, go somewhere else” we weren’t even offered a chance to come back in half an hour time. They were rude. I won’t be going here again. Or recommending them. It’s sad since I’ve been going there for about 10 years. Never again. So unprofessional. Disgusting treatment.
