Would highly recommend Bradfrom Neverfail Plumbing. Brad replaced our hot water tank. After discussing our options, agreed on a price. He stared work straight away. Brads workmanship was very professional, will definitely be using Neverfail Plumbing in the future.

Broke the drive way,broke the pathway, destroyed storm water drain and didn't replace it , don't use this company, 3,300 for the privilege. Concrete was done by myself.

Brad provided great efficient service. He turned up on time and fixed our toilet fast and well. I highly recommend this company. The costs involved were very fair.

Called at 5:30 in Arvo had to pay $220 for booking fee, for what ! As He arrived I went outside to meat but he just sat in car did not say hello did not even lower window, I stood there for a couple of minutes, nothing so I went back inside, if only I had not paid $220 I would have told him to be on his way. The man cleaned drain that I had uncoved and had ready to go,, took 30 minutes to clear drain only because the motor on his truck was not running very good at all, keept stalling. He told me the total bill was $330 I said ok not knowing that did not include the booking fee,$550 for 1/2 work, they should be ashamed,,,,, I felt sick,, I will never use NEVERFAIL PLUMBING EVER AGAIN, and never after hours.

Brad was great, we needed an urgent call out due to leaking plumbing issues. I called Neverfail Plumbing and got onto Brad straight away. We organised a time that day and as promised he came directly on time. He was professional, prompt and fixed our problems right there and then. We were very happy with their service.

Neverfail Plumbing is a professional business which provides top level service. They are very efficient, call you back and arrive on time. You are even notified that they are on there way. Staff are always friendly and well trained in their job.I would recommend them for any plumbing job.

Well mannered and super helpful with great advice. Quote certainly won’t break the bank either. No surprises with cost either, was able to give a fixed price for inspection prior to turning up. Prompt and friendly service. Will definitely use again!!!!
