Australia Post - Enmore LPO

First time I visited, had a lovely old man. Wondered if it was the guy everyone was complaining about ... Then went there a second time and knew exact who everyone has been 1 starring!!! He made me look for my own parcel and berated me when I couldn't find it, and had the audacity to tell me what I should have done.... The next time I was at the PO, he was yapping happily on the phone and customer service non existent....

The absolute worst service. Went in to collect a package with the collection slip. The owner refused to look in the back and then went on to tell me they had already delivered the package disregarding the fact that they sent left a note to collect it from the post office. He reluctantly looked up my address and said it didn't exist. He refused to look in the back after I asked him a second time and said I will need to contact the sender to find out where it is. Avoid this place at all costs.

The worst & most frustrating experience. Stood in a queue for 20 mins prior to closing time & when finally my turn to be served, told by grumpy owner that I had to complete a customs dec online for O/S mailing - even though I had already completed the correct Aust Post form in full and supplied it with my package. He refused to accept stating it had to be completed online. Of course, it was too late and with store closing, I headed to Surry Hills P.O. where I supplied the same form and they accepted stating that the print forms are absolutely accepted alongside of online version. Enmore LPO rates as one of the worst for service in Sydney - arrogance at its worst.

Ha! These posties don’t give a f—! Insulting customers, misleading them… frankly I would do the same if confronted with a long queue of white women returning unopened orders from The Iconic. It’s like a sitcom set. Awesome!

Just avoid if you can. I live locally, so I have to go here for my parcels. The guy that works there is rude, arrogant and doesn't seem to like his job. The last time I went to pick up my parcel, he was condescending (a new one for me). I skimmed through the booklets for my name and found it after the second time (my bad). But there's no reason to through my parcel on the counter to me out of frustration. I've had more rude interactions from him in the past I could write about, but you get the gist from the other reviews ;)

Extremely rude customer service. Would not accept the tracking number or authorisation letter provided for collection.

Don't go on Saturday morning, or you will find yourself got left high and dry! They only open ONE COUNTER, and it took the person less than 1 minute to grab my parcel, but I got stuck in a waiting line for 21 minutes! If one or two people b4 you are lodging paperworks instead of simply sending or collecting, then good luck, your weekend morning is wasted.NOT impressive at all.

I'm unable to access the service I need at this PO.I had a parcel delivery fail, no notification card, no email, no text message, no urgent reminder card.Got the tracking number from the seller. The tracking number says the parcel's at Enmore LPO, it's been there for nearly two weeks and will only be held for one more day.The PO licensee is uninterested as he checks the tracking number. He tells me it doesn't work, there's nothing there.I double checked it at home so this is puzzling. He's unpleasant and tells me there's nothing there in my name. He doesn't look for my parcel (which will have big green print on it), just insists the tracking number is no good and my parcel isn't there. I ask him to please check again. He flips a folder open and shut in huge exaspertion and says See

Hi guys. Just let you know that he is absolutely rude and bad customer service. I have been there 4-5times. Not even one time he had good conversation with me. Rude and attitude. If you don't like this job. Plz stay at home. Cant believe he can be hired by PO. Good luck.

DO NOT USE THIS POST OFFICE PLEASE! Should be shut down as the people are liars and incompetent. I went to return an item back to Adidas to get a $300 refund and the items have not been sent off after 2 months! Adidas will not refund me until they receive the goods. Do not use this place for important things. Only good for buying a stamp!
