We recently had a really wonderful experience with Concept Carpets. They were able to come out and quote us within a day of making contact and do the work the same week!On the day of the install, the man who came to do the work was so kind and friendly and didn’t mind at all navigating our steep block and staircase. He was such a nice guy and we felt very comfortable having him in our home.Our new carpet is beautiful! It’s so soft and looks really good and has made a big difference to our home. The process of having it put down was made easy by the installer.And all of this for a really, really reasonable price! I won’t hesitate to recommend Concept Carpets to my friends and family in the future and will absolutely use them again for future jobs we have planned.

Very disappointed with the service i received, booked to have my carpets cleaned, they couldnt provide me with an accurate time for when the service would be performed, and they gave me a 4 hour window when they might arrive, even when contacted 2 hr before the time window, totally unacceptable. I had to drive up from Geelong which took me 1hr and 30mins which i made them aware of.. i didnt receive any call whatsoever, and they didnt show up after hours of waiting at the property, a no show.The person i spoke to was arrogant as well.
