Very good, Good Staff, Very nice people. Recommended 10/10

Pamphlets at front desk say $30. Asked for spa Pedi with French tip. Service was hurried and took less than 25mins to complete. Feet are still full or dry skin and cuticles not cut. Get to the register to be told my service is $50 because she used shellac that I didn't ask for.

Awful service have been lots of times before but this was awful, lady had no conversation only said to me,pick colour,in here, change hands, I did try to make conversation but gave up she clearly didn't want to be there, then I left my keys near the pedicure basin and she threw them in at me ! Man is really nice though, but I won't be going back

Asked for them to soak off my acrylic nails the lady then took off some of the gel i had on and ripped the acrylics off my own nails which hurt. Am disappointed in there service she has now ruined my own nails by ripping them off and not soaking them off. I left very upset at the fact they can do this and nothing can be done.

Got my nails done today(20th of June 2023) for 90 bucks, ripped me off because the other nail tech didn’t do by the picture I showed. So I got charged extra. On top of that he smelt like feces after coming from the toilet. Also whilst filing my nails he wasn’t noticing he was filing my skin, so I had to complainThe lady that works there is rough, she works like she’s in a bloody rush. Yet it’s a quiet nail salonThe owners fine but I wouldn’t go back if they made a mistake, as a customer they want you to take the blame. I had my acrylic nails taken off here a few days ago. It was incredibly painful. My nails are so damaged. The amount of natural nail that was taken off is very upsetting. Sadly I have not had the best experience here. I don’t feel the people here are experienced. Even the manicure I paid for after gave the acrylic nails taken off wasn’t very good.

The old woman was VERY rude, harsh and abrupt. The worst manicurist I've ever come across. I definitely will NEVER go back there!

I got sns nails done at No 1 nails phoenix shopping centre...i asked the woman to keep my natural length and not file down my nails... i noticed she starting filing my nails down..i told her I didn't want that done... started talking & cackling with other staff in her own language (which is NOT PROFESSIONAL) then she spoke perfect English to me & then started laughing & talking loudly to other staff in her own language again which is RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL... needless to say the nails turned out botched...If you want to keep customers be professional, treat them with respect, listen to them and do a good job....none of which happened to me...I will never ever go back.

So rude staff , they don’t accept cards only cash , so dirty they using tools without cleaning them
