Firstly I would like to echo the sentiments of all the other reviews posted here. Maryam is fantastic and the room she practices in has a relaxing atmosphere and is well appointed. I would not hesitate recommending AHUK Body and Mind Wellness to anyone in the Ballarat area, or beyond, looking for a quality massage to relieve the muscular aches and pains experienced in everyday life. Maryam is one of the best massage therapists I've ever been treated by. When I first met Maryam I was recovering from a motorcycle accident where I'd fractured three vertebrae. My recovery did take some time and apart from retraining muscles in my back, there were also many deep knots that Maryam located and treated.I can't recommend Maryam highly enough. Apart from being such a skilled masseur she is also a lovely, caring, positive and friendly person.

Awesome massage!! Probably the best I have ever had, and I've had many.. Excellent balance of strong trigger point massage and stretching / massage.It’s also relaxing and rejuvenating. I loved it and never tried any other centres after this. The therapist has always provided quality service and are very attentive to my requests (example: to focus on alleviating back pain). I always look forward to my next visit.Highly recommended!! I'll definitely be going back.

Maryam’s massage was just what I needed! I went to see her because I had a very sore neck and she knew exactly what to do. I felt much better afterwards. Her massage was great and she also gave me great advice. She is so professional and welcoming. Highly recommended.

When I moved to Ballarat I searched high and low for a good massage therapist and my search was over when I found Maryam. I am someone who needs regular treatments due to injuries and Maryam has always helped me when I am at my worst. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone with magic hands :)
