I’ve been into the shop a couple of times on different occasions and the customer service is not welcoming! The lady that was serving me went to over charge me by $100! I mentioned that it couldn’t be as thats not what the price was on the display, another occasion someone commented on my weight.

I bought a necklace from here, the clasp had broken on it after a couple of months and only wore once and a while. Took it in to the shop and was told to buy another clasp for it. No thank you, will never go back.

Purchased a watch for my daughter's birthday. It was actually unavailable at this store but the store manager, Carol, managed to get it from the other branch so quickly. Very nice and helpful staff. Thanks a lot!

My wife had a gold bracelet sent away for repair ( staff were very helpful ) however the jeweller also said there was a secondary link that was attended to and we subsequently paid in full in good faith that bracelet was now in good order. Within 24 hours bracelet broke again we returned next day and was told after jeweller inspected again irrespective an additional amount must be paid! So in fact bracelet was NOT in good order and Prouds misrepresented themselves by saying so in first instance - be warned.
