Ive been going here since the start of the year and have lost nearly 20kg and i am 10x fitter than what i was when i started.Always good quality training and very welcoming group of people, i always look forward to my training sessions at IHPC

Amazing gym, great atmosphere everyone’s always encouraging everybody...After struggling to find motivation with the same workout every week came here. It’s so good to not have to think and just turn up. Every session is always different and push you harder than you would push yourself.100% would recommend Ipswich health performance centre to anyone
