Did my shopping and as always check my receipt, discovered my grapes had been put through twice, which was quite a bit considering the price of them ATM, went back next day to get a refund but refund had to go back onto EFT card and I get charged a transaction fee for refund for a mistake made by staff which is not right plus have to wait 3 to 4 days for money to go back in, not happy

A lot of products have been discontinued over the last 2 years, with no substitute whatsoever. It's gradually getting less appealing and more disappointing. Guess this German retail chain is just adapting the locals' usual demand....but what's the point if ALDI was supposed to offer alternatives to Coles, IGA and Woolies?

Somehow my shop totaled $162.07 and just before the end it was as $93. How on earth did that happen? I figured I’d go through the receipt when I get home. Well I didn’t end up getting one. When they asked me if I wanted a catalogue I said ‘no’ and I think that question must have included the receipt as well. This should not be optional. So feel bloody ripped off. It is such a rush for customers at the checkout it makes it very hard to watch out for errors and easy to be taken advantage of.

Parking is a bit dodgy but everybody knows it is so they're really careful. Great to shop in. Can usually get in and out quickly. Fast and friendly checkouts. Cheaper than Coles or woollies

Great store with better than average staff. Unfortunately a lot of empty shelf space in the meat section.

This cashier was racism…1. greeting w her “how r you? No answer at all.2. After paid, She said “can I check ur bag? “.Obviously my bag is very empty, just my kindle and phone.I been this shop every Sunday purchase my weekly grocery, never had this kind of experience.What’s wrong w her?
