(update: I did receive a nice voice mail from the owner he was very apologetic and offered to send the money back to me. I feel like this was a one off as I have heard nothing but good things about this gym, but still feel like I need to leave my experience up. I feel better now that I've gotten an apology but still don't see myself going back as I was already anxious to begin with and this just made it worse. I hope in the future this doesn't happen to anyone else.)I'm extremely upset with my treatment here.After months of lock down I was really looking forward to getting back into gym and getting back in shape. I signed up in November asking if I could hire a pt through them to get a plan they said it comes with membership and would be contacted, I wasn't. I went in 2 separate times asking them to book me in they didn't. I was contacted once by a trainer offering me a time that didn't suit because of work, she told me she would contact me again for another time and she never did.I couldn't go in and just try and do work outs myself since I have a very bad back and I can't risk hurting myself which is why I needed proper instruction. But I was never contacted for an appointment. Now Ive emailed them to cancel my membership which I've already spent 100+ dollar on and they are still taking money out of my account after telling me it's been cancelled.I'm really upset by this. I was already anxious about going to gym and this has just made it worse. I'll stick to walking. I hope no one else goes through this, it's really disheartening.

Amazing gym with a great bunch of people running things. Plenty of space, plenty of equipment, plenty of class options and super friendly place to be. The atmosphere is one of a kind.

Great atmosphere, good selection of equipment and the staff are very helpful. Definitely reccomend!

This is the first gym that i've ever felt completely comfortable in. I look forward to going in everyday and love the vibe of the place. Friendliest people you'll meet and the trainers couldn't be more helpful. You can do your own training and/or do classes as well (such epic energy in the classes!) Such a welcoming bunch. Ample parking and very family friendly. Great gym, would highly recommend checking it out!

The best gym in the Gippsland area - I’ve been to quite a few different gyms casually over the years however nothing compares to the vibes at the Fitness Factory. Great people, knowledgeable trainers, a wide variety of class options & equipment. No judgement what so ever. Everyone is super friendly & helpful. Been a member here for almost 5 years and wouldn’t want to go elsewhere!
