Learning Adventures Kingswood

I have tried many childcares for my 2 kids and got experienced enough to weigh the good ones. Learning adventure is definitely a very reliable place and staffs are caring and responsible. One place for childcare, preschool,before and after school care and vacation care which makes convenient for parents. I see total difference in my little preschooler who was very fussy about childcare, hated previous centres he had been to, but settled here with more happiness.All staffs are really amazing!!!!

My grandchild goes to this preschool has for years , previous owners were wonderful, friendly, professional, new owners are not. They do not let parents know until weeks later or if they do at all of illnesses going around school or when the staff members who have been there for years leave suddenly . No communication at all. Gone from a 5 star pre school to a minus 5 stars. Will be looking for childcare centre elsewhere.

I am so grateful to all of my daughters lovely educators during her enrolment, especially Julia whose passion to maintain safe and quality services whilst fostering socialisation, play and creativity are nothing short of exceptional!We will certainly recommend your centre to friends/family :)

Unfortunately, I find myself having to revise my review. After giving new owners/management ample time to improve their running of the cente, they've proven that they simply do not care.My daughter went to LAK for almost 3 years and my son attended for 4 months. The educators were wonderful - they all had a lovely warm welcome for the children each morning and kept me informed of their day when I collected them in the afternoon. The outdoor area is beautiful with lots of room to run around and a variety of areas for children of all ages. The indoor area is bright, cheerful and beautifully laid out.Extremely poor management is the sole reason this centre is losing families and staff at a rapid rate. The new owners have run what was once a wonderful centre, into the ground.There are a couple of amazing educators left and I hope that management learn from past mistakes and start to treat their remaining staff better.

my son loves coming to daycare 3 days a week he is always happy when I pick him up and I love all communication sent from the centre with photos of the activity’s he does there. it’s great to see him learning and reaching his milestones. I notice new things he does which he has learnt from being at daycare such as using utensils, socialising well with others and coming into his ownPersonality . I trust the staff here as they are friendly and informative and supportive of each child’s goals and needs . I would highly recommend this childcare for any parent looking for a professional and educational place for there little one to enjoy.

My son has been going to after school care at this centre for over two years now. He loves this centre so much that he even asked me to pick him up late so he can have more time to play with his friends there! He also went to vacation care there a few times. Educators are awesome and very friendly. There are different types of playground equipment and activities for kids to do. I highly recommend this centre. :)

Very difficult review to make.The educators are fantastic. They truely care not only about the children's mental development but also physical development. My daughter loves attending and knows all the educators names. If this review was solely on the performance of the educators then yes, 5 stars.BUT the team who manage the admin side of the centre are what drags the score back to a 1. This whole past financial year they have recorded absences incorrectly which has resulted in undue financial stress.As per the child care subsidy instructions, absences which are because a child is sick and are accompanied by a medical certificate are not meant to be counted against your allowed absences for the year, the admin team here do not follow the correct process and as a result you end up getting billed for full days when you should only be paying the gap.When you try to ask for answers (because their invoices change from week to week with no clarification as to how the amount owing or amount in credit change when compared against what you should be paying) you end up waiting an excessive amount of time to find out why during which time your next bill overcharges you again and they then leave your account in credit instead of refunding.Edit 19.5.2021 - How nice to find out that fees have increased at the same time that the extra child care subsidy kicks in. The subsidy was touted as helping working families but it's pointless when childcare centres raise their fees above what the extra subsidy is so you still end up paying more.No notification either about the fee increases.Edit 8.10.2021 - Some really good feedback and discussion with manager Kelly. The no notification about fee increases was cleared up previously as an email notification that was sent out but not received. The issue regarding invoices not being clear and matching has been discussed and while it has been clarified where the confusion arises a solution is in the works now in how to fix it.Edit 3.11.2021 - Issues surrounding invoices appears to have finally been sorted.

My 2 children go here and love it. The staff are amazing so caring and responsive to my kids needs. My kids are always learning new skills, the centre has great facilities and resources for the kids. They have handled the Covid situation really well. I feel very comfortable sending my kids to this centre as I know they are well looked after. Would highly recommend this centre.

Our son has been going to this daycare for over a year now. We have been quite happy with the staff and the facilities. There has been recent update in management.. A few months ago. Then there was the covid 19 situation. They seem to be responsive and kept parents up to date with all changes in policies etc.Overall been a good experience.
