11/10! Highly recommendedFriendly, efficient and professional staff and company. Service by all from first contact to final destination delivery could not be faulted.

I will have to say I am disappointed with Allied, as one of the staff had mistakenly took our keys after delivery and this was not returned until 2 days later. The keys had access to not only room but various facilities in the complex and left me with security concern. Staff ringed me immediately after realizing he took the key which was nice, but he promised to bring back next day which i think should’ve been done straight away (Which I said its ok if I get it back next day coz i felt bad…) and made it worse when he messaged me its coming another day later with fishing rods which they forgot to deliver. I’ve messaged him i need the key back asap, which was just ignored. For amount of money I paid, I should’ve got better service and not frustrated.

Never in my wildest dreams did l imagine moving could actually be enjoyable!!My deepest gratitude to the team at Allied for doing such a fabulous job with my move last week. The team were professional, friendly, highly knowledgeable and all in all made what could have been a highly stressful situation actually really relaxing and enjoyable. I can't thank them enough for packing my not so easy to pack items with ease and grace.

No care and no responsibilityAllied were responsible for packing, delivery and unpacking a large and expensive flat screen TV in a move from Cairns to Brisbane. Original packaging and protection provided and asked that they use it. They didn't and used a generic carton. TV delivered with a large diagonal crack across the screen.Their response is to deny any responsibility, stating that they are not 'contractually obliged' to use the original packaging. They were not the cheapest option, were late on the actual delivery schedule and damaged the property!Woeful service and a very poor representation of the industry

I had a previous interstate move that didn't go so well so I was very selective this time around.The service was excellent from start to finish. Everything was treated with care, no damage and very professional. I would definitely recommend Allied to anyone and certainly use them again.

I only use Allied now for all my moves. They always put the customer first, provide and excellent and prompt service and all the teams have been wonderful for a huge move for my family and I. Very happy with all of the moving experience again.

Great quote, excellent packers who worked in a very careful way, updates during transit and then delivery on time and everything fully accounted for, and in great condition. Excellent service. Very honest and reliable. We had an issue with the original delivery date. The whole matter was handled very quickly and efficiently. The issue was rectified in a very fair and honest manner. We were extremely impressed with the service and have already recommended Allied Cairns to several of our friends for their upcoming moves.
