I always find the sales ladies very helpful and patient. Their shoes are better than most, although pricey. Hence the 4 stars. Be careful about wearing any shoe that restricts movement or squeezes your feet, especially the toes. I've found that barefoot is better if you toughen your feet up gradually. And you can buy barefoot shoes, but not here. Barefoot shoes have a large toe box so your toes can spread, NO difference in the heel and toe heights, minimal soles and NO arch support. But if you have been wearing classic shoes for decades it takes time and patience to adjust to minimal shoes. In some cases it may not be comfortable. But the best feet are those that are strong enough to support themselves.
