They did my kids school photos and they were terrible, but we had to order the photos before they had taken them. I know kids can be difficult to pose which is why we should see the photos before ordering.

The quality of these school photos are not very good. My child's photo looks like it's a photocopy. The photo was very dark and patchy. They did however offer me a refund within 10 days however I opted to keep the photo so that I would have something for that year. I have noticed that the school photo quality has become worse over the years.

Unfortunately have to leave a poor rating. We did not find the order form in the bottom of 7 year Olds bag until 2 days after cut off for ordering. $30 late fee if we chose to order his Year 2 photos. For files online, a few days inadvertently late to order is a disgrace. I can afford the $30 late fee but choose not to order out of principal, for others desperate for their child's keepsake photo that extra fee might really be a problem. As a professional owning several businesses in Early Childhood Education and Care I would not be using MPS.

SCHOOLS BE WARNED!!! THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU HIRE THEM!! Absolutely appalling! MSP Photography WA, recently did a photo shoot at a prestigious school in Harrisdale. The pictures taken were in poor lighting conditions, lacked contrasts and brightness. My child had the picture taken without considering the above factors, let alone presentation. We are just not happy with the quality of the picture taken. It makes me wonder if the picture was taken by a novice/amateur. I strongly recommend all Schools to do their research before selecting this company to do their photography. They will ruin your Child's classroom year picture and your child's photo. I am absolutely disappointed as we paid full money for the photo shoot upfront. I think something drastically needs to be done about the way they conduct business. Each photo is especial especially a child's school year. I feel really sorry for the customer service people at this enterprise which have to deal with such situations time and again without their own fault. Very DISAPPOINTING Experience for us, as a family, and for other parents/Schools who have experienced the same situation.

Pretty cross that a company who gets a government contact for school photos can not deliver the service they are expected too. Ordered three children’s sets before cut off date to have none received. Apparently it’s a common thing with this company. For $165 I expect a business to be able to do what they say they can. It’s not hard. Take a photo, edit, sort, deliver. If your saying you can service schools then do it properly.

Greatly disappointed! The contact number provided in the order receipt does not exist...I had to check with my child's school and get the proper number. I have already paid for school photos and over 3 weeks and not yet delivered. Yet, I had to pay upfront! Greatly disappointed!

I would give them no stars if I could.Disgraceful customer service, &absolutely no care factor when they lost/deleted my son's Confirmation photos. After basically no apology & then accusing me of “just wanting something for free” they finally offered to send me the only two photos that theyhad of him which just arrived today...two6x4 photos which are so dark & one was even slightly out of focus. They also lied to me about when they sent the photo link to the school. Absolutely disgusting company to deal with. I will never buy school photos from them again if my children's school continues to use them.

The quality of the photography in some instances is disgraceful. When I found out about the 100% money back dissatisfaction policy I tried to exercise it. However despite the quality of the image being demonstrably poor in composition, lighting and clarity, MSP would not honour the 100% money back guaranteed refund because I had exceeded the 14 day policy requirement. In addition I will be charged a $30 administration fee on school photos because I missed the six day post photo day deadline to order. This company should be ashamed of how they treat customers. Any schools out there that are considering engaging in a contract with this provider, I strongly recommend you look at other more reasonable alternatives that believe customer satisfaction is important and can apply flexibility in exercising policies when it is warranted.

Not happy with the photos. Don't seem clear and weird touch up. Also my 2 children are pretty compliant with a smile surely could get a better shot. For this price for both kids and sibling photos. I know you have alot of photos to get done. But must have been pretty rushed to be that bad.I won't be ordering ever again unless the school changes who they use. Big waste of money now I understand why alot of other parents don't get them anymore. If your not going to do it properly don't do it at all. Or let the customer know you aren't professionals.
