I used Pam and her husband for a bond clean on Bribie island, the cleaning side was done very well however the carpets were NOT done properly. I called them back to do 1 room again where they had left dirty marks to redo and on inspection the marks were still there. I had to get a another carpet cleaner in to fix the issues. I would not recommend this couple for any carpet cleaning at all.

Shocking Bond Clean.Didn't do half the jobs listed on the website.Then wouldn't come and fix up the problems after I emailed them the list.Poor communication and will not do a good job.Didn't care at all that we weren't getting our bond back for poor cleaning, and wouldn't answer my calls or messages. Disgusting company that only gets it good reviews through their friends and family

Got the bond cleaning done from them recently and I am satisfied with their work.Had few spots in the property where there were issue but they quickly rectified them when pointed out.Definitely would recommend them to others.

Very responsive and accommodating staff. Very reasonable prices and good quality clean. I got my full bond back!Minus one star because I had arranged for the clean to be done on a Monday and it was actually finished on the wednesday morning.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Got harassed with phone calls, emails and texts until I gave them a chance. Became impossible to contact when needed an invoice and for them to go back and do the job properly. They said they would stay by us until we got our bond back but that was a lie and never showed up when we asked them to go back and do what they missed. Will NEVER use this company again and will warn all my friends.

Firstly I went with this company as they agreed to do a bond clean within 3 days... on the day she arrived early and expected us to be there even though we were travelling from logan to kallangur. She then assessed the property and claimed that I hadn't mentioned one of the rooms (a small cove) on the phone and that it would be extra. Knowing it was a bond clean she did not clean bins and did not send an invoice/receipt for several days. When she did she addressed it to the wrong people and when asked to remedy this she continued to insist we send to real estate. I continued to message saying that I require it be addressed and reciepted to my partner and I as we are the ones who had hired the company and paid them. In the end all cleaning was done and we received our full bond back.
