Sam was absolutely brilliant. My custom watch had a rattle and wasn’t working. I found him through these reviews. When I walked in he stopped what he was doing and helped me right away, which I’m so thankful for. His been in the business for a short 53yrs and I couldn’t recommend anyone more who’s friendly, knowledgeable and honest.

I inherited my mothers clock which unfortunately stopped working. However Sam fixed it with spare parts from overseas real quick!His work is outstanding and reasonably priced too!

I'm so grateful to Sam for fixing beloved wedding gift spinning pendulum mantle clock from Japan. I took to the local repair shop but I'd been told it's irreparable due to lack of parts availability. However the shop staff suggested to take my clock to Tic Time (he doesn't know Sam but he must have heard good reputation of Tic Time). It's a long way from my place but I really wanted to fix it so I traveled to Clayton.Despite the difficult time of pandemic, Sam managed to get a part from overseas(he tried more than a few attempts) and fixed perfectly.After lost my husband due to cancer, this clock is like a member of my family and means a lot and it's great the clock back to full working condition.It's hard to find someone like Sam who has fine craftsmanship, he is very professional, great service, 5 stars definitely. Thank you Sam !
