Decided to go with Precision Builders for our new home construction after some recommendations in which I have no regrets. Daniel attended all my stage inspections with my site supervisor with minimal input from myself. He was very responsive and the quality of his reports were top notch, the level of detail he goes into to identify building defects and other matters were immaculate.Cannot recommend him enough for anyone looking for a private building inspector. As I lived a fair distance away from my build, the reports provided great detail on the progress accompanied by photos all round. If I were to build again, I'd speak to Daniel first.

We booked a pre-lining inspection with Daniel, and his expertise helped us flag many issues with our build ! Because of Daniel, we were able to get out entire house rendered (free of charge), because of poor bricking - without Daniel & his report, we would not have been able to reach a resolution with our builder!Would highly recommend!

Daniel called me the day of attendance to give me a brief run down and that was very much appreciated as I did have concerns on some of the work completed by a trade. I used him for a final inspection of my new house. I am very satisfied with his reviews . And also I am asking him about things, time to time and every time he respond me ASAP.I recommend every one to have at list one inspection before the handover . Didn’t matter How much you trust your builder they always cut corners and some time they even don’t know because of there lack of experience. And some time of there’s tradies.

We cannot recommend Daniel from Precision highly enough! He was so willing to help (going above and beyond our expectations) communicated with our builders directly to organise inspections and took the time to explain to us the areas that were concerning and the best steps moving forward for us in terms of ensuring the works have been rectified with our builder. He even completed a report with one days notice over a weekend due to time restraints with our builder.Daniel was very knowledgeable and gave us great piece of mind. We had engaged another company prior for our slab inspection- and are extremely happy we now have found Daniel. The Quality and service is outstanding. The process of building our own home as first time builders is daunting- we are grateful to have Daniel on our side to help ensure our home is what we want it to be.
