We used Pat 5 years ago for our solar water installation and he was excellent. Called on him again yesterday. He found the leaks within minutes whereas trikileaks came the day before and could not find the leaks and what more he left us with four holes in the wall. We wished we should have called on Pat first if we had not lost his card. Very approachable and good worksmanship. Also he emailed us the job report with photos and receipt before he even left our house. Excellent business layout. Peace of mind for his clients. We have no more leaks. Highly recommend Pat if you ever need a plumber.

Jake Taylor came and fixed a warranty issue with a Bosch gas top. From start to finish he was extremely professional and did a fantastic job. I really appreciated the effort he went to as well as the explanation of what we needed to know. Highly recommend.

Jason did an excellent job on our oven repair. He was thorough, tested everything carefully and took his time to get things right which was reassuring. He also managed to resolve a gas flow issue which another technician couldn’t.Overall, the cost wasn’t cheap and there were some delays is getting the parts which ended up being more expensive than originally advised, but overall a good experience.

'Jake assisted with a warranty issue on a Siemens product. The assistance by Siemens and Jake was seamless and Jake's work excellent. He was professional and very personable - we couldn't have asked for more.

I had an issue with my over recently and having no knowledge to understand what the issue was, i called Pat Lally and his team.. I was greeted with two qualified tradesman, one i believe was pat himself. They explained to me this issue and answered all of my questions (which im sure were dumb questions) they fixed the issue and called a few weeks later to follow up with me. Great fast and professional service. Will use them again!

We have used Pat twice and he has been great. The first time he fixed our old gas oven. The second time, Pat visited us on a public holiday to sort out a severe leak in our hot water system. He stopped the leak and lent us a spare system for what ended up being an entire year while we finalised plans for a renovation. He managed to fit in with our builder and we now have a new solar hot water system that has been piped though the open wall cavities mid renovation. Thanks for your great work and patience!

His rates are more than reasonable and communication from Sioux in the office has never been an issue in booking and meeting attendance dates and times. I needed an alteration to my gas system and 3 new appliances installed at my house and called Pat direct who not only remembered me, (nice touch by the way) but personally came to my property and carried out a full design for my required upgrade for a trivially small fee. I was even free to take that design elsewhere to price match should i choose, though easily decided to proceed with Pat and his team. Booking was simple, installation was neat, efficient, tested to compliance, explained to me personally and left clean and tidy. EXACTLY what id come to expect from his past work.In my experience, from several engagements across many properties, this is a company that is equipped to deliver high quality service on simple or complex installations.
